General terms and conditions of sale:

1. Preamble: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Pettou website.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Products: The products sold on Pettou are described accurately. Some items may be shipped directly by our partners; see the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which apply to all orders placed on the Pettou website.

3. Price: Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes.
Delivery charges are displayed during the ordering process. Pettou reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price charged will remain the one displayed at the time of ordering.

4. Orders: The customer confirms that all information provided is correct.
Pettou reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud.

5. Payment: Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered on the website. Pettou does not store any banking information.

6. Shipping & Delivery: Average delivery times are 5 to 10 business days, depending on the country. Pettou cannot be held responsible in the event of:

  • carrier delay
  • customs blockage or inspection
  • loss of package
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

A tracking number is provided when available.

7. Customs: Depending on the customer's country, customs fees may apply.
These costs remain entirely the responsibility of the client.

8. Right of withdrawal & returns: The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract, except for the following products:

  • customized,
  • open or used
  • damaged by the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.

9. Refunds: A refund is possible if:

  • The product is defective.
  • or not received after 14 days despite confirmed tracking.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • address errors,
  • unclaimed package
  • delays related to customs or the carrier.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method.

10. Liability: Pettou cannot be held responsible for damages related to misuse of the product.
